When implementing marketing programmes for cients, we have a simple stepped process we work to:
1. Agree clear objectives
2. Assess previous marketing success (where logged)
3. Assess competitors
4. Present options
5. Agree campaign(s) with business owners / managers, including budget and timetable
7. Review with owners / managers and sign-off
9. Assess performance and report to owners / managers
Wherever possible, we stipulate that we work alongside businesses, as we need a good working relationship not only with the owner or manager, but with other members of staff including the reception team. That is why we like to work at YOUR business for at least some of the time.
Our meetings are minuted, so decisions are clearly logged. Agendas are sent out before each marketing meeting, to ensure all items are covered.
